The estate stretches out over 62 Ha. of land, 16 of which are specialized vineyards. The Chianti D.O.C.G ( Controlled and Guaranteed Name of Origin) red wine is produced with choice grapes obtained from Sangiovese, Black Malvasia and Canaiolo vines. The Chianti Colli Senesi is obtained from Sangiovese 90%, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
The grapes come from vineyards exclusively selected to produce this high quality wine. These grapes are subjected to maceration and fermentation temperature is controlled. Production is of approximately 84.000 750 - ml bottles. The Vernaccia di San Gimignano Docg (Controlled and Guaranteed Name of Origin) white wine is produced with selected grapes obtained exclusively from Vernaccia vines.
The finest must obtained from the first soft pressing of grapes is left to settle by cooling, so that the dreggy part deposits, and the clear liquid is decanted into stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperature.
Production is of approximately 49,000 750 - ml bottles.
