Colour: tenuous straw yellow tending to golden yellow
with aging.
Odour: A fine, penetrating and characteristic bouquet.
Flavour: Dry and balanced with a bitterish aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 12,5% .
Serving Temperature: 12°C.
Food combinations: suited principally to consumption
with appetizers and fish, this wine also accompanies
white meats and soft cheeses. Also excellent as
an aperitif.
