Fattoria Di Pancole
Surrounded by its own vineyards and olive groves
Fattoria Di Pancole rests in peace and tranquillity
on top of a tall hill only 3 km from the medieval town
of San Gimignano. From its dominating position, at 265
metres above sea level, it enjoys the most splendid
panorama of the typically Tuscan countryside of undulating
hills each topped with a little terracotta farmhouse.
Just a short walk away is Pancole where there is an
excellent restaurant and an unusual church of the 17th
century which bridges the road as you enter the hamlet.
The Fattoria Di Pancole, with more than 60 hectares
of land, is specialised in producing wine and olive
oil, and has infact won many awards for its "Chianti
Colli Senesi" red wine and "Vernaccia di San Gimignano"
white wine.

At Fattoria Di Pancole, there are 8 apartments which are fitted and furnished
to a high standard, each has independent central heating
and air conditioning, satellite television, living room
with fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bedroom
with one or two single beds, bathroom with bath or shower.
There is a lovely swimming pool (12m x 6m) which enjoys
a fantastic panorama of the countryside and is furnished
with sun umbrellas and sunbeds.
There is a children's play area with swing and slide situated
a short walk away from the apartments and their terraces.

The whole farm
"Fattoria Di Pancole" is at your disposal for walking
tours. For bike lovers it's possible to get bikes for
your excursions. It is also possible to visit our cellars
and, during the vintage time, to follow the process of
the grape harvest. In the "Fattoria Di Pancole" there
are also two very ancient cellars that have been excavated
in the tuff and where in the past the wine was kept in
cool temperatures. |
