This apartment is on the first floor of the main house
of the fattoria. It has its entrance (together with
that of Apt. "La Lepre") by outside staircase finishing
in a long covered balcony with arches framing a beautiful
view of the countryside and furnished with table and
chairs. It is composed of living room with fully equipped
kitchen, table and chairs, satellite television - bedroom
with double bed (on requested a second bedroom with
single bed will be made available to accommodate a third
person); bathroom with bath with shower. Central heating
and air conditioning. In the garden it has its own private
area enjoying a lovely view and furnished with table
and chairs for eating outside, barbecue and sun umbrella.
